According to an article published by CNN, Middle Eastern/Arabic food’s popularity has sky rocketed in the past decade. They’ve also accumulated a list of the top 20 Middle Eastern/Arabic dishes and it is no wonder that Hummus came at the top of the list!

We are also happy that two of our salads that are in our catering menu are in the top 20 dishes list! The two salads are Fatoush and Tabouli.
